COSTUME HIRE TERMS AND CONDITIONS All customers acknowledge that once they have signed the Costume Hire Agreement it becomes a legally binding contract and confirms that you the customer have read the Balingup Medieval Carnivale conditions of hire as per the agreement. 1.A deposit of $20 is payable per costume and will be refunded if the costume is undamaged upon return. 2.Damaged or excessively dirty costume items will incur a penalty and the deposit will not be refunded. The condition of all costume items are to be crossed checked by the customer and a Costume volunteer prior to collection. Damage is considered to include: tearing; burning; cutting; staining; removal of buttons, medallions, badges or other trim 3.Costumes must be returned by the agreed time and date. Costume items that are lost, stolen or misplaced will require the customer to pay the full replacement cost of the costume item. 4.Balingup Medieval Carnivale holds no responsibility for customers who incur injury or death due to the hiring or wearing of the hired costume items. 5.Once costume items have been hired from Balingup Medieval Carnivale the transaction is final and customers are not eligible for refunds, exchanges or credit notes.
