All New Stall Applications should be accompanied by Photos of Goods on Sale & Photos of your Stall.
Preference will be given to Handcrafted Medieval Themed Items. We would like the Carnivale Market as authentic as possible.
Received Applications
Your application and photos to us doesn't automatically ensure you a stall space at the Balingup Medieval Carnivale 2012. All applications must be passed before the committee and then agreed to or rejected.
You'll know your application is approved when you receive a reply by post, email or a call from our Stalls Co-ordinator. We will post all further neccessary information prior to the Carnivale.
All Stalls are required to make an attempt at a Medieval themed appearance. Stallholders and their staff must dress in appropriate medieval costume. (Balingup Medieval Carnivale has costume Hire at very reasonable rates)

Feel free to notify us of your Entertainment Act and you could be amongst our fantastic performers.
All acts must be Medieval in origin or style.
